Define the furniture scope
List the pieces by room and include quantities, maximum dimensions and reference images. Distinguish a visual reference from an approved construction drawing. Link the brief to your room plan so size and circulation can be considered together.
Prepare the collaboration brief
Start with the project location, the rooms involved and the pieces you need. Send plans, measurements and reference images together, then identify decisions to discuss with Baithak. Request a written record of the agreed furniture scope and specification before approving an order; confirm any drawing, site or delivery responsibilities for that project.
For interior designers: connect the palette and furniture schedule
Include the upholstery direction, visible finish references and the other room materials that the furniture needs to coordinate with. Identify which decisions require a physical sample and record the selected reference when confirming the order.
For architects: record room and access constraints
Share dimensioned plans showing fixed elements, relevant wall details and access limits. For a headboard or fitted room detail, mark nearby switches, sockets and any site coordination that needs to be discussed. Confirm the agreed scope and responsibilities for the actual project.
Record the decisions that need samples
